The tasty treat ...

UCh Equiss Just Dessert At SaeSi, SC, CR, OTR - "Yummy"

whippetNovember 3, 2006 - May 10, 2011; CERF clear; BAER normal; Cardiac normal. All photos (c) Mary Magee; returned to live with her breeder May 2010. Lost too young.

whippetYummy is a very intelligent girl and wants to please, so training her for the track and ring was rather easy. House manners came naturally to her and only a few occassions did she get in to anything (a roll of toilet paper and a shoe).

She's been fun to live with, she's a blast to race (one of the best box breakers I've ever had), and she gives it all she's got in the ring. She also does some wonderful "tricks" including wiping her nose if asked and doing the "low crawl".

whippet dog showYummy acquired her UKC Championship with multiple Best Of Breeds and Group Wins always exhibited by me.

We are very happy with the pups Yummy produced by our boy Choice (UCh SaeSi Whpndr Pick Me Tonight, CRX) click here for photos/details on that litter.

After raising her litter here (born March 13, 2010), Yummy was returned to her breeder to hopefully be shown and coursed. She has all the training for competitive obedience too and we hope she will get to compete in that venue also as that was what was our plan here for her in 2010. It was hard seeing Yum leave, but we wish her nothing but all the best in future endevours. We love you Yumster!

Yummy underwent exploritory surgery in May 2011. A large inoperable mass was found and her owner/breeder opted to let her go while she was still under. She was a fantastic whippet girl and definitely made her mark on all who knew her. She will forever be missed. Run free at the bridge, Yummy! whippet
